Terms and Conditions

 1. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents only. One entry per person. Entrant must be aged 18 years + to qualify.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway starts September 5th through to Sunday October 13th with the winner announced October 14th. 2024 EST.

3. How to Enter

Participant can enter by signing up to OiTO Haircare’s Newsletter.

Multiple entries will not be accepted and attempts to use multiple entries to circumvent the rules, is grounds for disqualification.

4.  Prize

The prize is the Hot Tools Flat Iron & the Thermo Protect Range Valued at $330 RRP.

The specific products included in the prize pack may vary and are subject to availability.

5.  Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by OiTO
Haircare on October 14th, 2024, 5pm EST.

The selection process will be
conducted fairly and transparently. The selected winner is final.

6.  Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via email within the week the completion ending of the giveaway end date.

If the winner does not respond within one week an alternate winner may be selected.

7.  General Conditions

OiTO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

OiTO is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent entry or winner notification.

8.  Miscellaneous

This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
