All orders are shipped via Shippit using Australia Post, Star Track Express or DHL. After placing your order on our site you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email. This will include a tracking link to make sure you are able to see your order at all times on its journey to you. Please note that the above delivery times are estimations provided by our shipping providers and as a business we endeavour to make sure all orders are despatched on time. Although we hope it does not happen, there are delays during transit that maty occur from time-to-time which OiTO.HAIRCARE cannot be held a fault.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. OiTO.HAIRCARE cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by NZ customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of Australia & New Zealand at this stage. We are working very hard on making this service available as soon as we can.
