Refund policy

Refunds will be issued if the product is deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied if notified within 10 days of receiving the goods. 

We are normally happy to exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition with packaging intact. However, we reserve the right to charge you any out-of-pocket expenses which we incur if there is no fault in the product, or mistake on our part. This could include a re-stocking or re-conditioning charge for special order items, heavy or bulky items, or items returned in used condition or without the original packaging.  Please be careful to check all information, sizes and product reviews before placing your order for a product in order to minimise the chances of needing to make a return.

 

Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. We can guide you through the returns process.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return.

Sale items 
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Please contact us directly in the event an exchange is needed. The purchaser must cover all postage costs for exchanged items.
